The breed is a cross between the English Springer Spaniel and the Standard Party Poodle. Over the years the purchase of Springerdoodle puppies has grown in popularity due to their compatibility with other pets and their love for children. They make fabulous family pets.
Most springerdoodles have a non-shed coat and are non-allergenic. Their coat is amazingly soft and low maintenance. Many people who suffer from allergies to dogs, are happy to learn that they are not allergic to Springerdoodles due to their hypo-allergenic nature. They are sweet natured, gentle, and lovable.
Springerdoodles are extremely intelligent and easily trained. Springerdoodle puppies are bred in a variety of colors, ranging from black or chocolate to cream or tri-colored.
They are very mellow, rarely bark and are very undemanding. Grown to adult size, the springerdoodle is a medium size dog, 40 to 50 pounds on average.
